I was rejected after the discussion with the hiring manager. This discussion felt rushed. I was cut off while answering the standard "tell me about your background" question because I was spending too much time or giving too much detail relating my experience to the role, it seems. Following questions from the hiring manager were standard "describe a data pipeline" sort of deal.
Answers to the questions I then asked about the role and team were short and didn't stimulate any further discussion. It did not feel like an organic conversation. We used 20 of the 30 allotted minutes for the discussion.

Interview comprise of 4 rounds. Every interview round is a problem solving round, where ypu to solve questions live on coderpad.
1) SQL and Python based test.
2) SQL and data modelling based test skills
3) Advanced Python - Problem solving - Tic Tac Toe game
