Really poor. You're on a call with a bunch of people that throw all the buzzwords at you, "Tech agnostic", "Upskilling", "Forward thinking", etc. Then proceed to ask a few very basic questions about C# theory and about your current role and system architecture, what you work on, your day to day job, etc. I explained this and asked similar questions back at them about their tech and architecture which was received with some awkward silence.
Eventually got the feedback that I was vague about my current role, and then gave me negative feedback on questions that they didn't even ask me which I didn't really understand.

Technical questions and coding test on GitHub, three interviews in total and took over 4 weeks. Lots of people on video call to grill you from dev manger to leads to product owners.

It as an hour interview, lots of really good chats about my work experience, technologies and also technical round. The interviewers seems friendly and chatty and gave a good interview. I felt good after that and was hoping for feedback.
5 weeks have passed, there has been no contact from the internal recruiter and no feedback.
Interviews are about finding the right candidate to what company are looking for but on the other side, candidates also like to find out if they are right for the job and the company. Considering the interviewers and the internal recruiters acts as the forefront and representation of the company, I felt that the no response was a big thumbs down. I did not go and find out if there was a response as I thought this is part of the internal recuiter's role. Hence I was very disappointed that I did not get a reply on the interview afterwards or any feedback. Do I want to work in such a company? This review says it all.

A 10 minutes initial call. 1st round interview planned for 60 minutes but it was 70 minutes as we talked about variety of things. It contained Job Description and Company review, CV review, and a chance to choose between a code review challenge and a code writing challenge. I choose Code Review and it was easy but has some tricky points. We discuss possible improvements and bugs. 2nd round was a 90 minutes coding challenge. The implementation should be ready for production, therefore, the aim is not to complete the task. The aim is to show them how would you work. I received a feedback and "Using a complex solution" was a reason why I got rejected. I think it was not a fair assessment as in real world, I review my code and simplify what ever I can. Yet, I appreciate the feedback.
