Initial comms and interview schedules were good! All the interviewers were good. I have been given intimation in final round that, I have almost got selected. And then..... Silence... Total silence... I have been ghosted by the company no reply on my following emails. No result. All interviews went well. Why to ghost? At least tell candidate that because of *** reason we are not considering you.

I usually don't write feedbacks but I must say they have a terrible recruiter. I got misinformed trough the whole thing, and didn't even get a feedback at the end. They set a live coding as a 3rd step, I wasn't aware of that I found out at the very interview and felt ambushed, otherwise the other steps went fine (1. Initial call, 2. Code review). The developers were nice
