Process made of: - 1 interview with HR - 1 interview with IT manager - 1 interview with Marketing manager - 2 personality test (Kolbe and PDA) - 1 IQ test - 4 feedbacks from previous jobs’ managers It takes 1 month to pass every step. And 1 month more to get a definitive feedback. I had to ask every week during 1 month to get news and status on my application. Team wasn’t really proactive and it is clear that company internal processes arn’t agile at all... Process with a high level of requirements. And last but not least, when they give the définitive response they don’t really share feedbacks. Good point: no matter what will be the issue of your application process, they give you your personality test result.
