Entrevista
The application process was long and unnecessarily complex for a small company. It started with a first HR screening, followed by a headhunter interview. Then I had three separate interviews with different founders and partners, all with similar questions. Finally, I was given a case study where I was asked how I would scale the team and manage them remotely. The overall process lasted more than a month. Communication was inconsistent, and the expectations were not clearly defined from the start.

What are your long-term plans for the company and how would you manage the team fully remotely?
I had an interview with a recruiter, followed by another one with the HR Manager. Then, they sent me a case study, which I later presented in their office to the HR Manager and a Team Lead. The interview went well— it lasted about an hour, with a lot of questions, but nothing too complicated.
At the end, they gave me a calculation sheet with math operations and 8 minutes to achieve the highest possible score without using a calculator. What I didn’t like was that they seemed to place significant importance on this last part, which, in my opinion, doesn’t make much sense.
