The first stage was just screening questions around TypeScript and React. They mentioned they weren’t hiring for a specific role, but rather generally looking for candidates, so it already felt like it could become a time waste
The rejection was explained by a “lack of knowledge,” even though, in my opinion, the answers covered the topics well enough. This reinforces my first impression, don't recommend
Participated only in the HR screening. The discussion went well and we agreed to get in touch a few days later for the next steps. However, the next morning I received a generic rejection.
