Professional and polite. There were 3 rounds of interviews. First was on the phone with a single person, generally causal chat. Second was in person with 3 people. It was more formal but still polite with individuals from the office I'd be working at. Lastly was a zoom call with 4 people from the specific team they were considering me for that were across the country. This was less formal.
