The first few stages went incredibly smoothly, with amazing planning from the team. The connection made with the hiring manager and the manager which I was interviewed by was great, and gave consistent feedback. Got to final round, where it was a Managing Director interview. At the end I was told that I would hear back within a few days on whether I was successful or not. I never received any further clarification, no further emails. I followed up REPEATEDLY, with nothing. Not even a rejection. Just complete ghosting, which is incredibly unprofessional and puts a bad taste in my mouth.
