I applied online for the position. I had an initial phone interview with the gentleman who would be my supervisor. The interview was very basic and quick. At the ended I was told he would contact me soon. About 2-3 days later, I was asked to come in for a formal interview (1-on-1). During this interview, I was asked to write code for two cases in Coldfusion. The 1st case was very easy, but the 2nd one was little more difficult. I didn’t actually finish that one, but I could explain how it should be done. That seemed to help my standing. I was told I would hear back soon. When I didn’t hear back within a timely manner (more than a week), I emailed the gentleman directly to see if I was still a candidate for the position. He replied, “Yes”, and I received my official offer letter via email two days letter.
