The interview was conducted with two managers and me. They took time to be thorough and get to know me. They asked about my past experience and proposed example scenarios to see how I would handle them.

First and second interview Same questions asked This company claims to not discriminate and be good to their employees. However I experienced the opposite. I applied for a job here. I have customer service experience, open availability, passed all the questions. Clean record, good referrals. Had a great interview both times. Which leads me to believe that the only reason I was not hired at this specific location was because I wouldn’t fit in with everyone else who was there applying who was a different race. I believe they did this to avoid conflict however it’s unethical and illegal.
