Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Trader Joe's (Chennai)

      Entrevista

First, I applied online and submitted my portfolio. A few days later, I got a call for a phone screening with a recruiter. They asked about my background, why I was interested in the role, and how familiar I was with tools like Google Analytics and Canva. It was pretty straightforward, and I felt confident. The next step was a video interview with the Marketing Manager. They asked me some behavioral questions like, “Can you tell me about a time you ran a successful campaign?” and “How do you handle tight deadlines?” I gave examples from past projects and focused on showing my problem-solving skills. After that, they sent me a skills test. I had to create a mini social media campaign for a product launch, complete with target audience details, key messaging, and some sample visuals. It was intense, but I enjoyed the challenge, and I was proud of what I submitted. Then, I was invited to an in-person panel interview with the marketing team. They reviewed my campaign and asked follow-up questions like, “Why did you target this specific audience?” and “How would you measure the campaign’s success?” I was nervous but prepared, so I felt like I made a good impression. Afterward, the Marketing Manager gave me a tour of the office and asked some casual questions like, “What kind of work environment helps you thrive?” It felt more like a conversation than an interview, which helped me relax. Finally, I had a one-on-one with the VP of Marketing. They were focused on my long-term goals and how I could contribute to the company’s growth. It was a great opportunity to explain my vision for the role and how I could bring value to the team. About a week later, the recruiter called with an offer! They said they loved my creativity on the skills test and how well I communicated with the team. It was a great experience overall, and I’m excited to start this new chapter!
