Interview process for Trader Joe's is always in 3 steps. First, there's a phone interview that they spring onto you at random after you apply. If they like your answers during that interview, they invite you to a 2nd in-person interview, and then finally a 3rd interview if they really want you (if you make it to the third, you've most likely gotten the job.) In each interview, they are looking for things about being team-oriented, as well as seeing that you do other things outside of work that make you a more well-rounded person.

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your management, and what you did about it.
Applied online and had one in person interview with the captain. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Got a call a week or so later that I got the job. Very fast process.

Entrevista
It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.
