Entrevista
1. Once you turn in application, someone in a hawaiian shirt talks with you for about 5 minutes, asks what my favorite product in the store is.
2. I was called to set up an interview time.
3. Went to primary interview- chatted with 1 mate. Asked the usual strengths and weaknesses questions. Asked what I did in my spair time. Asked how I've overcame obstacles during the past jobs.
4. Called back for the second interview
5. Interviewed by the captain and another mate. They asked questions about the role I normally play in a team. Asked what bothers me the most when working on a team. What I felt strong about while working on a team.

It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
