Organized interview process. I was originally contacted by one of their recruiters for a Customer Service role but my background is in Digital Marketing. After reviewing my resume again, they mentioned the possibility of a closer fitting role and said they would forward my resume to another recruiter. I waited for the role to post 2 days later, and applied to the Search Services Specialist position. I was then contacted 2-3 days later to schedule another phone interview for the following week.
The phone interview was about 15 to 20 minutes. They asked about my career interests, background and examples of my experience. They also asked about the salary range that I had in mind and I quoted an amount that was in the range of our local area. Before the end of the interview I was told I would be contacted by the end of the week, but there was a slight delay and I was contacted a week and a half later.
If you are not a fit for the role they will contact you, normally via email to give you an update. They do keep your information on file, I know because I was contacted in the past for a role that was similar to a role I applied to 4+ months before.
