First interaction is a 30 min Zoom call with the CEO Dave. If he likes you, they bring you in for a full round of interviews on-site which is essentially 6-7 back-to-back behavioral interviews with an "informal" lunch to break it up.
Tradebot is simply a highly capitalistic, highly judgmental of personalities type company and interviewer. You have to get the "thumbs up" from every person you talk to so if you don't get an offer don't feel down. They also don't even give you an explanation about why they didn't extend an offer which is awesome.

Only technical interview question: A rod is broken into three parts - what is the probability that the three parts can be arranged to form a triangle?

It started off weird where you had to tell them your ACT score on your resume. If your resume got through their system, then you got an interview. The weirdest part about it was that I have no coding experience and a high ACT, so they gave me an interview. When I did the interview, they basically told me I needed to have some coding experience even though my resume explicitly shows that I have no coding experience.

What are your interests? How did you get interested in engineering?
8 rounds of interviews and they all vote at the end. You need a unanimous "yes" to get the job. Just seems like a horrible way to conduct hiring process.
