Entrevista
The interview was broken down to 3 blocks - easy recruiter phone screen, then video call with 2 people and then third round with 2 senior managers. The first two rounds were good and very welcoming. The third round was odd - the interviewers didn't ask many questions and ended the call 30 min earlier, saying that this interview never really last the whole hour. Again, no specific questions were asked, just a very simple and basic stuff. After 4 days I just got an automated response "Thanks for applying". Not sure what went wrong though

Entrevista
Face to face, lunch meeting with manager of PMO. They were seeking a pm with heavy financial software dev experience. Also seeking interaction with investors and finance executives. No option for remote or hybrid and seemed very micro managed.

Experience with financial software. Knowledge of their platform.
Spent hours at the facility waiting to take computer based test that determined if you actually got an interview. Met other Product Mangers; they seemed frightened and cowed. Upper management's family life displayed everywhere to clue you in to how to kiss butt early and often.

Questions were not difficult but neither were they related to product management per se. Got the overwhelming impression that interviewers were beat down and defeated and it was a go nowhere job. Where have you managed products before.
