I had a really smooth interview process with Trade Republic. The first one was a call with a recruiter, she was so friendly, and we talked about my experience, what I was looking for, and what the company was looking for culture-wise. The next interview was with the hiring manager and a senior team member. This was a 90 minutes interview. We chatted a bit about my experience and what they were looking to add to the team. The hiring manager was very personable and friendly. I also had a technical interview during those 90 minutes, led by the senior team member. My last interview was with the engineering manager/co-founder. And this was basically a chat about culture, conflict resolution and team fit. What I really appreciated about the interview process is how shot and straightforward it is. No take home test. No 5 interviews.
