I applied for the job through the TradeMe site. One of the managers contacted me to find out an interview date. We have an interview through skype. They asked me just simply questions

introduce yourself, pros and cons, the reason for apply
Trade Me send you an email to do a technical assessment (no phone call). The assessment is quite involved so you will spend many hours on it.
If you are unsuccessful you will receive a generic email saying you have been unsuccessful. no phone call, no feedback of areas to improve.
Understand its a big company with many job applications but I feel this is very poor on their behalf and I hope their processes improve.

Applied online and then had this opportunity to do the remote interview. One of the interviewer is the tech leader of the development team. Unfortunately, I did not pass that interview because I made some mistakes.
