Phone call interview first that lasted about 45 minutes. Went in two days later for one-on-one interview that lasted about the same. Most of it was the same corporate blowhard stuff that any kind of company asks for. I was told that any member of management has to have another interview with the district manager before being hired, but then he called me back before I got home and told me that the job was mine if I wanted it.
