First phone interview, then in-person interview to see the cultural fit. Everyone I talked to was very attentive, smart and nice. No too tricky or difficult questions. Just be your very honest and best self, and they'll know who you are. I had a very positive experience throughout both phone and in-person interview and would love to apply again. Unlike other reviews here, the process for me went relatively slowly so don't worry if you don't hear from them right away:) For example, I received the first e-mail to arrange the phone interview at the end of March, phone interview a week later, then received another e-mail to arrange in-person interview a week later, then had an in-person interview 2 weeks-ish later, received the last e-mail that there wasn't the opportunity at the moment a week later. I was told that there were 4 steps in total, and the first 2 steps took me a month.
