The process consisted of ~5 steps that started with a phone screen, then a take-home test, then a technical interview, then a behavioural interview, and lastly an interview with the VP. The process occurred over the course of ~2 months. I was told to expect an outcome in a few days, but I was ghosted for 3 weeks after completing the interviews. I eventually received a generic rejection email without any feedback. The communication (or lack of) was a little disheartening, especially since their interview process requires significant time and commitment. It seemed like there were serious gaps and misalignments in their hiring process. Also, the information on their careers page is incorrect or out of date; there is no candidate experience survey or gift card for advancing through the interview process, which is not something I particularly care for, but it just highlights the misalignment. I hope the hiring process improves in the future, as it seemed like an otherwise interesting company.
