Interview rounds: Round I - Interview with CTO Task on UI/UX. Round II - interview with CFO Round III - interview with Program Manager Round IV - interview with Software Developers Round V - interview with CEO This was by far one of the most extensive interview process I have been a part of. A total of 5 Interview Rounds with over 7 current employers, 1 Task and NO Final Decision. The interviews were interesting and I enjoyed my conversations during the interview process, however, the fact that the HR never informed or updated me with the final decision of the company and havent responded to my follow-up emails after the final round with the CEO was surprisingly unprofessional. The total duration of the process was over 2 months (given Christmas Holidays). The initial Stages with the Resume acceptance to task and result was 1 month(December 2020) and the remaining 4 rounds of interview was in January 2021. The company HR stopped communication after the final round and hasn't informed of the decision in over 2 months. Meanwhile, I have accepted offer at another organization.
