Entrevista
I was invited to a phone interview shortly after applying to the position on LinkedIn by a recruiter. After discussing the role with her and learning more about the company I was invited to take a Predictive Index behavioral assessment.
I reached out to the recruiter after a couple of weeks of waiting for her to get in touch with me. At which point she booked a meeting with the director of Client success Sarah. We aligned well and I enjoyed meeting her very much. She was kind and very clear with her expectations of what the role was and the type of individual she was looking for.
I was invited to meet with two members of the team who were very pleasant and gave a great picture of what day-to-day operations looked like.
After meeting with the team I awaited a response from the recruiting team in regards to the next steps or an offer.
After following up with the recruiter the talent Director reached out to me personally and let me know that the team at Track Tik had a temporary hiring freeze in place during an internal resource review. I was informed that it would be a minimum of 10 days before they could place an offer. At this point, I decided to receive an offer from another industry firm I had interviewed with.
I really enjoyed meeting with everyone from Track Tik and look forward to tracking their future success.
