I went through three separate interviews with members of the Trace3 team. I was all but told I had the position. They gave me salary information, hours, etc... My experience and skills matched precisely what they were looking for and the interview process went smoothly. Then they told me they did not give me the job because they didn't want me to leave my current company since they weren't sure they could offer me a full-time position. This was very off-putting and patronizing to assume I wasn't prepared for this to happen. I was excited for the chance to gain experience, regardless of the outcome, and they made a decision for my life on my behalf. This was information they had from the beginning and yet they put me through three interviews and made me wait 2-3 weeks after to tell me this. This was a very unprofessional way to make a decision that affects someone's life. If anyone from Trace3 reads this, and I hope you are, don't make decisions on behalf of your interviewees. They are adults and know what they are doing and expect to be treated as such. You don't know what is best for their life.
