Predominately typical process initially until a hiring mgr. like Bay Daniels is actually supposed to interview you, but has a "child care" issue & doesn't bother to give ANY notice of canceling until more than an hour after the appointment, does not have the class to call or apologize at all just has a flunky send a very late email. Totally Rude process & staff. Not just my experience. Know 4 different Highly Sought After Sr. PM's who have been put thru these ridiculous paces for the sake of " Trace3's (INSULTING) interview process ringer" of multi-interviews (phone, webex, & in-person, min 3-5) only to find out ultimately, "We actually don't currently have an available position right now"... WHAT?? Really?? `
