I first met with Toyota at a career fair. The hiring manager was interested in me and we set up a phone interview with HR. The phone interview was very basic with 1 behavioral interview question. I heard back from Toyota a week after the phone interview and they wanted to fly me out to Kentucky for an in person interview. The interview in Kentucky lasted almost 2 hours. It started with me walking them thru my resume, then some behavioral questions, I had to draw a water bottle, and then answer some technical questions regarding quality issues on a car wheel.
