Interview with HR and then interview with managers and then got invited to interview for a third time at the actual plant but declined it. The interview process was horrible they want you to explain every task you’ve ever done in unnecessary detail. For example instead of saying “I met with employee X” they want to know if the meeting was in person/online/through email and what exactly was said and what the environment of the meeting was. Very repetitive and only cared about following a specific flow. I told them I wasn’t interested after the second interview.
