The interview process was straight forward. Recruiter reached out, emailed documents about company and its values. S.T.A.R. method guide. It was the follow up that got them a negative review. After being showered with praise and vailed promise of additional interviews I got an auto rejection email about 25 min later. No recruiter follow up, just a generic one liner. Which makes their whole focus on values ring hollow. If someone interviews for over an hour with two managers the LEAST you can do is follow up with them via email or a phone call and let them know it did not work out. But the quickness and lack of follow thru makes me think it was not a real evaluation but a place filler ( checked box). Seems they were looking for someone who worked on a specific brand name software only. Not if they knew how to do the job. This might be the one company that will hire a cert chaser over actual qualified people.
