Applied on a Friday then recruiter called me Monday morning asking to schedule a time. I scheduled Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday morning, I get a call from the recruiter giving the standard spiel of setting up an interview, which ok you didn’t realize I am meeting with you in two hours. First round was a standard 30 minute phone screening. Recruiter seemed a little too excited but whatever this is a sales job. Said we need people for a cohort starting in two weeks. Then said we’ll be doing a 30 minute zoom interview on Friday. It was just me and this recruiter on the zoom. He asked questions like Why Sales? Why did you apply for your previous roles? What inspires you when forming a goal? What hobbies do you have? Tell me about a time you won something? Easy questions. Then said the rest of the process would be a cold calling demo and meeting with a higher up from the company. The rejection email was sent on a Sunday afternoon, which was a little odd.

Not bad seems like they have a culture of wolf of wall street but they are nice and talk more than ask questions. Reviews ive been reading are slightly bad.
