Two very quick phone calls. The recruiter was unprofessional and stated up too that she wouldn’t take my questions. They sent an unreasonable amount of work for a video test with a tight timeline. - it was an UNPAID 30 second test, which in animation could easily take 30 hours. Something that someone with a full time job could not reasonably complete. I got a cold rejection email after putting a lot of work into the test. Considering how cold the process was, I feel like I dodged a bullet here!
