We had a telephone interview and, shortly thereafter, I was invited in for an in-person interview with the HR Director and Recruitment Manager. The interviewers were warm and welcoming which put me at ease during the process. Quickly after the in-person interview, I was contacted by the HR Director and offered the job contingent upon a successful background screening.
