The interview process took a total of 2 days. Day one, I received a link to submit a video answering some basic questions about my leasing experience and why I wanted to work for Towne Properties. Day two, I received a call from the property manager inviting me out to interview.

I was interviewed by the Manager. It was a wonderful experience and we got along right away. I could see I would enjoy working here. She made me excited to start my job here.

Corporate recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview online. I received a confirmation email upon registration, and it was automatically scheduled on my phone's Google calendar. The corporate recruiter asked questions about my background, skills & experience. She explained the role to me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. She told me that she was going to recommend me to the community manager and that she would reach out to me to schedule a face-to-face interview. The community manager emailed me the next day to schedule an in-person interview. She also asked about my background and explained what she was looking for in a part-time leasing professional. The day after my interview, the community manager called with a job offer. The next day, I went back to fill out paperwork for a background check and did my drug test. I started work a few days later.
