I sent them an email stating my interest in working there and within a week or so I had an in-person interview set up with the General Sales Manager. There wasn't a position open at that time, but within a week or so after the first interview a merchandiser position opened up and I then had a second interview with the GSM and the General Manager. They were both very nice guys and the first interview was mainly a personal conversation going through my resume.
