Very relaxed and easy going. Interview was more about me and what the company can offer me which was brilliant. I was also offered part time. Questions were around what type of insurance I have dealt with and my experience in general. Followed by a general insurance test.

My interview was done by two people. Both very friendly and encouraging. The interview was all competency based questions. Your standard communication, ability work under pressure, taking initiative, managing workload.
