The first interview was a phone call with one of the staff in the department. The second interview was with both the staff and the director of the department. It was very quick and just question based on experience. Never had a follow-up call or email until they emailed me about 3-4 weeks later saying they gave the position to someone else. I at least appreciated the rejection email because I could cross it our even though I knew I wasn't going to be part of the next step.
