I had 5 rounds of interviews and met with seven different people, receiving very positive feedback (even after the final round). I did not receive an offer because I did not have a skill that was never mentioned in the job description or in any of my interviews. I actually do have this skill, but since it was never brought up I did not think it was relevant to speak about. Incredibly long and exhausting interview process just to be met with no feedback.
