Easy interview process, took only three days to respond about whether I received the job or not, very informal tour of the unit to meet everyone and see the set up. Very open to hiring new graduates.

Virtual, straight forward - discuss your job history strengths, and why you want to work there. It wasn’t anything beyond what you’d expect in a general interview. I found it incredibly easy - in fact it was harder to put 30 words into this comment box than it was answering the questions
