Approached by one of the Co-Founders on LinkedIn regarding the role and was told to schedule a time in with their Global Talent Acquisition Lead. A minute into the interview I get a rushed email with the wrong spelling of my name letting me know that they will not be able to make it. The interview was eventually rescheduled and carried out. After the interview, I eventually get a rejection email but for the wrong role! Applied for Senior Data Analyst in London and got rejected for a Operations Associate role based in Bogota. It's a shame because TourHero looks like a great company to work for and I was very keen and looking forward to interviewing with them, I hope they improve their interview processes moving forward.
