Submitted my resume and cover letter via Indeed, received an email from Touchpoint 360 within a week. Interviewed twice at the Mt Prospect office in a week's time with standard behavioral and situational interview questions. Interviewers were courteous and responsive, and seems genuinely interested in my fit at the organization. Ended with an online personality and cognitive abilities test. I was surprised by the cognitive portion, as I was told there would only be "no right/wrong answer"-type questions. Not too difficult either way. The entire process was pleasant and lasted only 2 weeks. Always receptive to questions and concerns.
