They do not bother to have a person with decent programming background to ask you technical questions. The HR simply read the technical questions on a piece of paper in front of her. You could tell that she was struggling to match your answer to the keywords on the paper. One question asked was not technically correct, and I asked her to clarify the question. Her reply was that the question was answered by so many others before. Some people answered that question before does not make the question a valid well phrased question. With her arrogant attitude, one would have more success explaining programming concepts to a five years old girl than the HR at this company.
