Went into the interview for a particular position, but was immediately told at the start of the interview (with no questions asked, not even proper introductions) that I didn't have the experience for the position (despite clearly exceeding the experience advertised) and thus began 20 minutes of encouragement to consider a much more junior role. I closed the interview myself once I realised no questions were being asked of me and gave feedback to the recruiter.
