Upon arriving onsite to a beautiful, modern office I was given a paper application to fill out, after I completed that I waited in a conference room for a brief period before the service delivery manager came in. We had a discussion about what TTS does and went through the basic introductory questions that most interviews start off with. After some time one of the executives joined, the discussion then centered around who they were looking to fill this role- IT "war stories", technical questions, et cetera, and what this position would entail. One topic was what they were going through as a company due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order and how business continuity is one of many services they offer, and how that has been a focus for their clients. Following that, I was given a tour of the offices and was introduced to some of my potential future co-workers. The manager gave me his business card and I was assured I should hear back from them soon, but I never did- not even a polite rejection. I emailed for a follow-up but never heard back. They seemed like a really nice company, maybe my salary requirements didn't match the position, or with the pandemic they were too busy and put froze hiring, or they went with another candidate. But all I know is they never bothered with a follow-up.
