It was a huge waste of my time, they made me come in office to do remote interviews with people who did not read my resume and asked me questions that were clear on my resume, or that I had already answered minutes prior. They were inattentive and unprofessional.

Phone screening with recruiter first, then zoom interview, if that goes well, then you meet at headquarters for a 2 day shadow. One day you’ll shadow someone in sales, and the next someone who is in recruiting.
