It was very detailed but somewhat outdated considering modern hiring practices. It ended up being very chaotic and somewhat unprofessional towards the end. Their Human Resources department needs to improve their communication standards.

Great discussion. Enjoyed the initial screen and interview. Seems like a good company for people liking to work in Cincinnati. Decided not to move forward in their process but appreciated the opportunity to interview.
