The interview process was 1 round with recruiter, and then some assessments within the office, interview with general manager and shadowing of the floor. It was calm, and super easy. Nothing to sweat. I think they make it easy because it is such. high turnover rate.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
