So long... terrible. Phone, then they bring you in to shadow and everyone there feeds you lies and makes it out to be way better than it really is. YES THERE IS A DRUG TEST (usually about a month before you start!) All in all the interview process was so long and brutal. they make you do a little assessment... complete waste of time. they basically use you to generate leads for them

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
