The first interview was pretty informal - basic background information, run through of hobbies and interests to get a feel for personality. Second interview comes after a short tutorial and test. The second interview is all behavioral based questions. Third interview is an in-office visit to shadow a veteran Sales Account Executive and a less seasoned Sales Account Executive, as well as an interview with the hiring manager.
