Too overbearing. Seemed like they hate their jobs that they worked at for a few years. Asked for "get to know you", but they couldn't provide that themselves, more like they're all reading a script. No work life balance and like others have said, they ready think they can expect you to work 24/7/365, look it up on their website. Imagine how will a person try and persuade you to work like that? And what's the reason why they're requesting such a ridiculous thing out of you? They must first, not see you as human. Red flags everywhere. If they're going to push and manipulate from the start, it's going to be like that throughout.
There's no PTO the first year, and afterwards, again, it's like a trap because their system is so inappropriate. You have to earn commission over your $45,000 base in order to start earning more than your base. You only get 25% with a structure like that. So all the money you're making and pouring your time, life, every breath of air to is all to make someone else wealthy while you are getting treated like nothing.
I said no so fast. Stay away, this structure is an iconic scheme pyramid system that a group of people are getting away with. They're going after anyone that apply because everyone quites, they thrive on the vulnerable.

Interviewer asked me extremely inappropriate questions, not job related, regarding family life and personal experiences. The people I saw who worked there did not seem happy. Worst interview ever, would never recommend.

Several rounds of interviews. Repeated communication from recruiter, but lack of devotion by actual manager at the site. They are very strict about dress code, even though they do not follow it themselves. It is daily contact from the recruitment, not only that they sent benefits , test, material, and study and material for the position itself. They even make you do job shadowing for two hours as well. This is all before you’re even given the final interview. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I was selected for a phone interview and, as part of the process, was asked to complete training materials to learn more about the role. During this stage, the structure of the position began to resemble a MLM style approach, which ultimately did not align with what I was looking for. I chose not to move forward and accepted a different opportunity.
The interviewer was pleasant, easy to speak with, and professional throughout the interaction. However, the overall impression of the work environment seemed heavily geared toward a younger audience, with a strong emphasis on social activities. It gave the impression of a culture that prioritizes a social atmosphere over professional development.
