The interview process seemed rushed and lacking depth. The recruiter I Skype interviewed with chose to do so in her house, which is what I had done as well, but her placement and surrounding came off as unprofessional (distractions in the background). I had been skeptic of their practices to begin with, high turnover being a turn off, and felt their recruiting cycle showed less interest in retention and training and more interest in a comfortable work environment. The position would be great for a new graduate willing to work hard for a potentially high return. In the middle of my interview process I took another job thus ending my consideration of TQL as an employer. I would not consider my experience to be negative, just make sure you do your research about the company to ensure it is the right fit for you (I am working for a less competitive industry in account management for a company that matches my interests and values).

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
