Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) en mar 2013
Entrevista
The interview process was very long. Started with a 30 min. phone interview, then was invited back to corporate office where I shadowed 2 people then had another interview with the recruiter and then finally another interview with the big boss. The process took about 4 hours with tests in the beginning that tested my memory and the US geography. After that interview I had yet another phone interview. Overall they want to know that you are motivated and will do anything to succeed and make money.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.

The interview process with TQL was simple and easy-going. They have a three-step interview process, the first two are conversation-based with a recruiter, and the last one is with her manager.
